Men Work at Dinosaur Monument

Men from the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument build an enclosed cave like structure in a crevice in a rock hillside at the monument. The space was possibly used to store dynaminte. The men are from the FERA camp. Men from the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument ready some iron beams to build a track to haul overburden in carts from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
