Men from the FERA camp build a structure to enclose a spring to get a better flow of water that is piped to the camp. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument. The men were at the camp to labor at removing overburden from the quarry area. |
