Men Work at Monument

Men carry concrete bags up a hill where they are using it to cement in a cave like opening. The men are from the FERA camp at the monument. Men from the FERA camp at Dinosaur National Monument ready some iron beams to build a track to haul overburden in carts from the quarry area. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, geologist and custodian of the Dinosaur National Monument.
