Show Command Center As the Command Center, I want to be able to write down an Incident name on the PDF so I can know when an incident begins and ends. As the Command Center, I want to have Backend Administration Editing privileges so I can go back to the logs to change and or append the information. As the Command Center, I want to be able to Hover over information and Lock and Expand the text input fields so I can get a more detailed view of any specific information. As the Command Center, I want to have a Portable Database Solution in case there is ever a need to leave the Command Center and still be able to run the system remotely. As the Command Center, I want to be able to see a map that includes all 53 buildings so I can see the status of every building at once. As the Command Center, I want to be able to see all Business Units within one building by being able to filter the list view by building or floor. As the Command Center, I want to be able to choose a status icon for Health Care Situations and Security Lockdown Situations because these are circumstances that occur often. As the Command Center, I want to have a one-way communication between me and the Business Units that way I can change the information from the Business Units but not the other way around. As the Command Center, I want my latest information to override the Business Unit's previous update because I have more of a holistic view of information. As the Command Center, I want to have a visual cue on changes that have been sent by Business Units that way I can see what has been changed. As the Command Center, I want to have an unread indicator in which I can see what information has and has not been looked at. As the Command Center, I want to be able to accept or override the status of the Business Units with a notification. As the Command Center, I want to see the same vocabulary as the Business Units to avoid any confusion. As the Command Center, I want the Business Units to have a texting character limit because I do not want to get inundated with wordy updates. As the Command Center, I want the Business Units to have about a paragraph texting limit for the "Other" field because that is enough space to share important information. As the Command Center, I want to be able to see the latest and previous information on the "Other" field because being able to see previous information would be extremely important for me. As the Command Center, I want to have the "Other" field logged so I can have it on file for legal reasons. As the Command Center, I want avoid having the IT Department involved in the system because their policies and procedures could hinder my needs. As the Command Center, I want to have a designated computer so I can run a local client. As the Command Center, I want to be able to manually input information once the system goes offline and my input should save automatically. As the Command Center, I want to be able to accept any changes that are made by the Business Units with a notification. Business Unit As the Business Unit, I want to have a Life Threatening Icon for specific situations because when the need arises to communicate this type of crucial information it can be quick and easy. As the Business Unit, I want to see the same vocabulary as the Command Center to avoid any confusion. As the Business Unit, I want to have a limit on text because I want to be able to communicate in a precise and efficient manner. As the Business Unit, I want to be able to have a text to speech option that way I can update the Command Center with my voice if the need arises. As the Business Unit, I want to have an unlimited texting character option for the "Status Update" because these situations might require a bit more information. |
