Title Several mathematical models of the immune response
Date 1998
Description In this article I will describe a disease-host model with a threshold of collapse built in. This threshold property is of particular interest as it dictates a clear separation between the two possible behaviors of the system, i.e. survival and accomodation vs. death and total collapse of the system. So far our analysis is limited to lower dimension cases, but a generalization to higher dimensions should be able to cope with the ever increasing knowledge about the human immune system.
