C-SCAT - Computer Symptom Capture Tool C-SCAT is a web app for the St. Baldrick's Foundation aimed at easy gathering of symptoms for adolescent cancer patients. Users are able to diagram symptoms they've been experiencing recently in helpful and meaningful way for doctors and nurses, as well as answer basic questions about these symptoms. Users can connect symptoms that are related to one another or cause one another, as well as draw groups around symptoms that occur at the same time. |
