This validated scale was developed with the support of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality The CTS contains 15 questions in 5 clinical teamwork domains: - - - - - The Joint Commission issued a Sentinel Alert in 2004 citing that the primary causes of perinatal death and injury are ineffective communication and teamwork and the OB Chief about priorities in an emergences" • "It was really helpful to have this happen in a controlled situation so I could practice. It will help me do better and be more helpful to the team" • "Debriefing was helpful and a supportive environment" 9 Pre-delivery team huddle/delivery review Conclusion 8.5 7 Multidisciplinary team training is a shared learning experience between faculty and staff that creates a common vocabulary and frame of reference for the application of communication and teamwork skills in clinical care. Twelve four-hour sessions are done yearly.
