Title International and minority news : a parallel criticism of U.S. news media
Date 1989
Year graduated 1989
Description The power of the news media today is such that it should not be ignored. Mankind has entered an age in which people from every nation are made neighbors through the electronic media. While many would expect this proximity to enhance the understanding of others and the world, this sadly is not the case. Contrary to what one would think, the global touch of the news media may actually be contributing to feelings of alienation felt by many social groups.
