| Description | Address: 131 No. 600 West, Salt Lake City. Constructed in 1929-30 to replace an earlier chapel destroyed by fire. After the LDS Church closed it, it was a Catholic community center for many years, but a private residence by 2001. Parts have been rented out for special events. Sold in 2018 to the Boys and Girls Club, but seismic upgrades would have been too costly, so it was razed in October, only months after this picture was taken. |
