Address: 662 East 1300 South, Salt Lake City (alternately, 660 East 13th South). The building dates to the post-World War II era and has had numerous occupants: The Church of Christ until the 1980s, "The Church at Liberty Park, a Foursquare church," until about 2008 and remained "Adventure Church around then. The Foursquare congregation moved into the county after 2015. Meanwhile, a group of Baptist "church planters" moved to Salt Lake City ca. 2010 and began Gospel Grace Church, first meeting at the Fort Douglas chapel. Their success led to occupying the vacant church near Liberty Park. |
