Description Is a story ever finished? This question is vexing- and ultimately unanswerable. Strangely enough, it is my sense that this uncertainty inherent to the craft of creative writing is, at least in part, what keeps thousands of pens at the page every day. The unconfined, on-going process of creative writing is, for many, an enticing mode of personal expression. Its non-rigidity and limitlessness can be liberating. I was, however, troubled by it, and continue to be challenged.
