The men finished second behind Weber State, which is ranked 16th in the nation. Leading the men was junior Teren Jameson, who finished first in 19:19.2. Following Jameson were B.J. Christenson in sixth place (19:19.2), Eric Vernon in eighth place (20:07.8), Colby Frazier in 12th place( 20:17.4), and Lion Gallegos in 13th place (20:19.4). The Ute women's team finished fifth overall at the invitational. Freshman Charity Catmull placed 18th in 12:55.7. Catmull was followed by teammates Britta Schaer in 24th place (13:08.2), and Trina Bateman, in 30th place (13:22.9). |
