Recently, repetitive; ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential (oVEMP) stimulation has been developed as a novel diagnostic tool for MG.; Quantification of extraocular muscle response decrement after repetitive stimulation facilitates the often challenging diagnosis of; MG. Comparison of different stimulation paradigms is needed to determine the most sensitive and specific parameters for detecting; the characteristic oVEMP decrement.
