Description Detecting the locations with most profound changes in the intraretinal layers may provide more sensitive information on neurodegeneration in patients with multiple sclerosis. The goal of this study was to map the thicknesses of intraretinal layers and identify the locations of the most profound thickness alterations by ultra-high-resolution optical coherence tomography (UHR-OCT).
