Description Here we report the effect of Onabotulinumtoxin-A (Onabot-A) in twelve patients with chronic migraine (CM=15 or more headaches/months), behaviourally, i.e. improvement in the headaches quantity/severity, and functionally, i.e. changes in brain functional connectivity (FC) patterns using resting-state-functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsfMRI).
