Description Primary pituitary lymphoma represents a rare condition with emerging clinical entity. Primary pituitary lymphoma should be considered as a distinct entity from primary CNS lymphoma because of different embryological origins and blood brain barrier. We experienced a case of complete ophthalmoplegia as the first manifestation of primary pituitary lymphoma.
