Description A 23-year-old obese, woman presented with new headaches, bilateral eye strain and decreased inferior vision OS. Bilateral optic disc edema was seen with no other findings. Pseudotumor cerebri was highly suspected due to her body habitus and symptoms. However, progression on high dose acetazolamide suggested reconsideration of her diagnosis was needed.
