Description Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) is an acute form of leukemia caused by the neoplastic proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells.; There are several neuro-ophthalmic manifestations of AML, including retinal hemorrhages, papilledema, and optic nerve infiltration.; We present a patient with severe hemorrhagic disc edema as the initial manifestation of AML.
