Description
A perspective will be provided on newly discovered aspects of ocular blood flow and how it relates to causes of vision loss seen by Neuro-Ophthalmologists. Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to: 1) Describe disorders in which choroidal blood flow can be decreased; 2) Describe disorders in which retinal blood flow can be decreased; and 3) Recognize the relationship between retinal blood flow and metabolic activity of retinal neurons.
