Description Posterior cortical atrophy (PCA) is a rare neurodegenerative syndrome with prominent cortical visual dysfunction that is most commonly associated with Alzheimer's disease (AD) Pathology.(1) Greater insights into PCA have the potential to inform our understanding of AD, but the rarity of the disorder creates significant barriers to further study. The use of social media to investigate this rare disorder has never been attempted, but could be a viable option to as demonstrated by other studies.(
