Description Ocular Myasthenia Gravis (OMG) causes ptosis and diplopia, which can be disabling. The rating scales currently recommended for MG research are arguably insufficiently sensitive for OMG, due to the limited ocular questions. A robust way of rating severity is important for research and prognostic studies on OMG (Wong et al 2016). This study aims to explore different methods of quantifying OMG severity, by physician- and patient-rated questionnaires.
