Description Negative ERG is a pattern of the full field electroretinogram (ffERG) characterized by a selective reduction of the b wave according to an inner retina dysfunction; it has been anecdotally reported in autosomal dominant optic neuropathy (ADOA) but not in Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (LHON). Purpose: to investigate the presence of negative ERG in ADOA and LHON.
