Description Common ocular manifestations of multiple sclerosis (MS) include optic neuritis, internuclear ophthalmoplegia, and nystagmus. Isolated cranial nerve palsies in the setting of MS are much less common, with third nerve (CNIII) palsies occurring least often. We; report two cases of CNIII palsy as a presenting sign of MS.
