Description Metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) to the central nervous system is rare, although hepatoma is a relatively common malignant tumor in Korea. Much rarer is metastatic HCC presenting as homonymous hemianopia and there have been only 4 cases reported in the past. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of occipital lobe metastasis of HCC as homonymous hemianopia in South Korea.
