Description Vestibular migraine is a debilitating disorder associated with dizziness, migrainous features, and headache. Limited data suggest persistent interictal central vestibular dysfunction.(1) Expert opinion and small studies support the use of migraine preventive therapies for symptomatic relief; none have reported resolution of ocular motor abnormalities in these patients.(2,3,4) We report a case of vestibular migraine with downbeat nystagmus (DBN) whose symptoms and DBN improved with topiramate.
