Description |
Diary kept by Earl Douglass during the year 1886. He taught school in Minnesota and went to live with his sister Ida Battin on her homestead in Iroquois, South Dakota. He worked on farms until winter, and secured a job teaching in South Dakota until the spring of 1887. |
