Description Dr Done was born on September 23, 1926 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr Done received his B.S. (1948) and medical degree (1952) from the University of Utah. Dr Done completed his internship at the Salt Lake County General Hospital. Dr Done completed his residency in Pediatrics at Stanford University. Dr Done was the founding Director of the Utah Poison Control Center. Dr Done left the University of Utah in 1971. Dr Done was Special Assistant to the Director of Pediatric Pharmacology of the Food and Drug Administration from 1972-75. Dr Done was Adjunct Professor of Pediatrics at Wayne State University from 1975-85 and Director of Clinical Pharmacology at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. Dr Done died in 1998.
