Local time: approximately 5:35 AM; light rain the night before and in the hours prior to the recording; skies partly cloudy with eventual clearing, then followed by thick fog that rolled in toward the end of the recording; winds calm (0 mph - 1 mph), but picking up slightly after 6 AM; temperature 48 degrees Fahrenheit, humidity 80%; some filtering applied to the recording to reduce very distant road noise; photo shows the recording location
