Guide to the Westminster College guest books

This collection consists of two books used from 1899-1969 for guests to Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah. These two untitled books record the names of the guests, their residence or the name of the person they visited, and the date. The earlier book (1899-1937) also includes the guests' arrival and departure dates, and any additional remarks. The earlier book has entries predating the construction of student housing, but appears to have been used later in Ferry Hall. The second book (1958-1969) appears to have been used in the Carlson Hall after it was built in 1962. Both books have blank pages at the end, and only have a minimum amount of binding damage. Gaps in the collection: There are no entries dating from 1939-1957. It is unknown whether this is because the collection lacks a missing 3rd book, or because records of guests were not kept during that period.
