A group photograph of eighteen student nurses standing or sitting in a uniform two row pose. The first row is sitting in what appears to be metal folding chairs and the back row is standing. The far left portion of the rows are sitting or standing on a cement walkway while the rest of the group is sitting or standing on lawn. They pose in front of a brick structure which looms in the background with an entryway at the far left. All the nurses are wearing light colored nursing uniforms donned with nurses' caps. Their shoes and hosiery are light colored. Their hairstyles are varied from either being pulled on top of the head or worn down. The nurse second from far left on the back row appears to be an instructor or someone of prominence as she is holding a chart and a frilled handkerchief is seen spilling over her shoulder pocket with a pin beneath it.
