| Description |
During the spring of the year members of the Chamber of Commerce formed caravan and visited farms in the Ashley Valley, Lapoint, Ballard, Randlett and Ouray Valleys. It was a different tour each year. Alfalfa fields and corn patches were inspected. Irrigation canals and ditches were surveyed. Cattle and sheep were also inspected. These tours proved beneficial to all who attended. Among the group are Hugh W. Colton, Chuck Henderson, L. Y. Siddoway. |
