| Description | Homonymous field defects (HFD) lead to difficulties in spatial orientation with limitations of activities in daily life. In a previous RCT we showed the effectiveness of explorative saccadic training based on a search task in adult hemianopic patients (1). The present study investigates, if children with HFD benefit from a visual search training. |
