Description Bartonella henselae, an endotheliotropic pathogen, causes optic disc vasculitis with resulting neuroretinitis and peripapillary retinal exudation. We used OCT angiography (OCTA), fluorescein angiography (FA) and red-free photography to assess the disc vasculature in a rare case of bilateral Bartonella neuroretinitis.
