| Description | Following traumatic cranial nerve injury, aberrant regeneration involving the extraocular muscles is almost invariably confined within the distribution of the injured nerve. In this report, we describe a patient who developed synkinesis from the abducens nerve to the territory of the oculomotor nerve. |
