Description We evaluated the progression of optic atrophy in traumatic optic neuropathy by retinal nerve fiber layer thinning on Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and by progression of optic disc pallor on fundus photography. This study is expected to provide useful information about progression of retrograde neuronal degeneration.
