Fabry disease is a X-linked inherited lysosomal storage disease due to the absence or reduction of ?-galactosidase A activity. Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (AION) has rarely been reported in Fabry disease. Herein we report a case with bilateral sequential AION. |
