Description Despite different optic nerve appearance, both glaucoma and resolved retrobulbar optic neuritis (ON) have been associated with thinning of the retinal nerve fiber layer and ganglion cell layer by histopathology and optical coherence tomography (OCT). This study aims to characterize the pattern of retinal thinning in these two conditions.
