A 62-year old female with a 10-week history of painless blurred vision OS. Previous history significant for hypercholesterolemia, bilateral sensorineural hearing loss and a basal cell carcinoma excised from the right side of nose 12 years earlier. |

Occipital mass consisting of cuboidal cells with hyperchromatic nuclei and moderate amounts of granular eosinophilic cytoplasm. |
