Description To determine the prevalence of neuro-ophthalmic findings in patients with orbital drainage from cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). We reviewed the records of 100 consecutive adult patients presenting to our institution between January 1991 and December 1994 with cerebral arteriovenous malformations. All patients underwent angiography and those with orbital drainage were identified.
