The hemodynamic changes in a patient with Takayasu's disease were followed with repeat fundus fluorescein angiogram (FFA), color Doppler imaging (CDI), carotid Doppler, and arteriography. All modalities showed progression of the disease as orbital perfusion decreased and retinal function diminished. |
