Systemic sarcoidosis often presents with anterior segment ocular inflammation; isolated involvement of the fundus is much rarer. We report clinical features of seven patients with systemic sarcoidosis and choroidal granuloma in order to establish the natural history. This represents the largest such series reported to date. |
