| Description | The Sheraton/Weston Plaza is located at 1684 West HWY 40 in Vernal, Utah. It was opened in October of 1982. It was built with 102 rooms, a convention center facility, a seperate dining room, restaurant and cocktail area. The business was sold and renamed the Rain Tree Plaza in 1986 and by 1988 Rosco Weston, owner of the Lamplighter in in downtown Vernal, purchased it and renamed it the Weston Plaza. It wasn't until the mid 2015 that he sold it and it was then the Quality Inn. The restaurant is now the Valley Steak House and a bar is in operation. |
