Description Pituitary apoplexy (PA) is caused by sudden pituitary hemorrhage/necrosis and often presents with acute neuro-ophthalmic manifestations, including ocular motor cranial nerve palsies (CNP). We describe the epidemiology and outcomes of CNP in a large single-center cohort of PA patients.
