Battalion Chief Jon Harris from Station 81 at 40 East 4800 South sculpted this monument using a chainsaw and over 60 volunteer hours. His task was completed in September, 2013. The city had designated trees to be cut down and Jon asked for a 7-foot tree to develop his project. |
