Stain: Immunoperoxidase staining using diaminobenzidin (DAB)/ hematoxylin counterstained on frozen section with anti CD3 antibodies. Survey (A) and detail (B) show that CD3 marker for mature T cells stains positively (brown) in the PALS area (1) around the central arteries, while the adjacent follicle area (2) remains negative (blue) since those follicles mostly contain B cells. |
