Essential Changes to 2005 Electoral Law

We have divided the issues into essential changes and desirable changes. Essential changes are those changes which we believe, if not made, will have a serious negative impact on the legitimacy of the election. Desirable changes are those changes which, if not made, will have a negative, but not fatal, impact on the legitimacy of the electoral process. Please note that in several articles, there are changes which fall into the critical and desirable category.
