Lauren Endersen and Lucy Yates wrapped up competition on Saturday at the Stanford Invitational. Endersen placed in the top ten in the 10,000-meter run and Yates took eighth in her heat in the 800-meter run (29th overall). Endersen competed late on Friday night in the 10,000-meter run for a ninth-place finish with a time of 35:40.06, a new lifetime best by 18 seconds. Yates competed in the third of five heats in the 800-meter run on Saturday afternoon to place eighth with a time of 2:13.12. Her time placed 29th out of 48 total competitors. |
