| History |
A 66-year old female with progressive dizziness, headache and short-term memory loss. MRI demonstrated hydrocephalus associated with a mass in the anterior portion of third ventricle. Post-operative course complicated by diabetes, GI hemorrhage and DVT. |

Mass lesion in anterior portion of the third ventricle consisting of cords of epithelial cells and cholesterol crystals. |
