A 48-year old female with a 1-week history of loss of vision OD. Previous history significant for night sweats, fever, myalgia, fatigue, loss of appetite and six pound weight loss she associated with a trip to Mexico where she was treated with indomethacin for a non-pruritic skin rash on both arms. |
