| History | A 44-year old female with a 20-year history of migraine with aura. Previous history significant for supraventricular tachycardia triggered by caffeine and peptic ulcer disease. Post-operative, it was elicited that a tooth extraction had been performed a few weeks prior to the onset of frontal headaches without anti-bacterial prophylaxis. |
